Job Description
Senior Manager leading EMR implementations for Reveleer's AI-powered healthcare platform. Coordinating EHR integrations, customer go-lives, data flows, and cross-functional delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales and the solution architect during pre-sale to understand prospects' EMR environments, workflows, and requirements
- Own customer implementations from contract signature through go-live
- Build project timelines, sequence dependencies, and establish go-live dates
- Lead customer kickoff meetings and establish engagement cadence
- Serve as primary implementation-status contact and communicate progress and timeline risks
- Translate customer requirements into product specifications
- Guide EHR integration workflows, including FHIR and custom API implementations, across Epic, Cerner, athenahealth, and third-party integration platforms
- Partner with engineering and data governance to validate data flows and configurations
- Manage the Health Information Exchange Delegation of Authority process
- Track close-to-signing prospects and integration requirements for implementation planning
- Maintain visibility into upcoming and in-flight implementations, capacity constraints, and risks
- Monitor and report implementation performance, customer satisfaction, and team capacity metrics
- Own continuous improvement of implementation processes, documentation, and internal knowledge sharing
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience
- Ability to build and manage complex project timelines across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Experience owning customer relationships during high-stakes go-lives
- Ability to communicate progress and setbacks confidently
- Ability to translate ambiguous sales-stage information and technical requirements into actionable implementation plans
- Fluency in EHR integration, including FHIR, HL7, and RESTful APIs
- Comfortable troubleshooting integration issues in real time
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent EMR implementations while maintaining attention to detail
- Proactive communication and risk management skills
- Bonus: hands-on user acceptance testing and software QA experience

- Bonus: familiarity with HIE data-sharing agreements and the DOA process
- Bonus: experience managing ten or more concurrent enterprise implementations
