Job Description
Senior Product Manager driving clinical data strategy at CVS Health. Supporting clinical data feeds and managing product roadmap in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Primary focus for this new team will entail supporting a growing number of clinical data feeds in our organization.
- Build and represent the vision. This role will have high level exposure and require superior communication and presentation skills to deliver insights to stakeholders and team members, including executives.
- Identify feature priorities, lead user story definition, partner with cross functional solution delivery teams, and manage the product roadmap.
- Gather and monitor key performance metrics to ensure product performance and quality, as well as identify optimization opportunities.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner or Project Management
- 3+ years’ experience with Agile/SAFe using JIRA
- 5+ years of experience with clinical/healthcare data analysis
- FHIR HL7, ADTs, CCDA, EHR/EMR, UM/CM/QM, USCDI experience
- Clinical experience with patient care or expertise in HL7 standards to better understand the data generated from EMR/EHR platforms (CCDs, ADTs, ORUs, MDMs etc.)
- Basic working knowledge of GCP (or other cloud platforms) and intermediate/advance SQL skills
- Experience with interoperability concepts, data exchange, standards and frameworks
