Job Description
Senior Manager guiding SaaS Enterprise Post-Sales team through critical customer journey phases. Leading operations for forecasting accuracy and resource management with remote work options.
Responsibilities:
- Guide Enterprise Post-Sales team in critical customer journey phases
- Lead a team in forecasting accuracy and resource loading
- Act as the 'Air Traffic Controller' for assignments
- Partner closely with Sales leadership for pipeline collaboration
- Balance team workload for utilization management
- Maintain granular understanding of the team’s portfolio
- Detect early warning signs of customer sentiment or project slippage
- Build a team capable of solving their own functional problems
- Enforce adherence to implementation playbooks and SOPs
- Own forecasting model for Activations and Transitions
- Monitor time-to-value metrics and shorten implementation cycle
Requirements:
- 5+ years in SaaS Implementation, Professional Services, or Onboarding, with at least 2+ years in a people management capacity
- Proven experience with capacity planning models
- Technical aptitude to understand complex product configurations
- Comfortable working with heavy data sets to predict future outcomes
- Grit & Ownership with a 'buck stops here' mentality
