Job Description

Drive compensation strategy and support talent attraction in North America for a global leader in the elevator industry. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to enhance pay practices and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead compensation strategy and program execution across U.S. and Canada
  • Advise HR and business leaders on pay decisions related to hiring and promotions
  • Lead the execution and continuous improvement of end-to-end compensation processes
  • Support administration and governance of quarterly incentive programs
  • Conduct job evaluations and role leveling for organizational design
  • Develop data-driven recommendations on base pay and incentive compensation
  • Ensure compliance of compensation practices with applicable laws and regulations
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders on compensation priorities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation, total rewards, or closely related analytical roles, or 5+ years with an advanced degree
  • Experience supporting compensation programs within a large, multinational, matrixed organization
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills, with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Qlik
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian compensation practices, including FLSA, pay equity, and pay transparency considerations
