Job Description
Senior MEP Project Manager overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes across high-performance projects. Ensuring successful delivery of complex systems within schedule and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Manage MEP scope from preconstruction through commissioning
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, procurement, and vendor coordination
- Lead constructability reviews and technical planning
- Coordinate MEP trades and align schedules with field teams
- Track MEP budgets, costs, and change orders
- Support commissioning readiness and system turnover
- Collaborate with controls, field, and commercial teams
Requirements:
- 8–15+ years of MEP project management experience
- Strong HVAC and mechanical systems understanding
- Experience with large-scale or mission-critical construction
- Proficiency with construction management tools and reporting
