Job Description
Senior Onboarding Accounting Specialist at Uplinq guiding client onboarding through system setup and data clean-up. Managing large client portfolios with speed and exceptional communication.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily client meetings to gather data and build trust.
- Set up and configure Uplinq and QuickBooks Online accounts to ensure seamless integration with our bookkeeping systems.
- Compare signed proposals to actual needs; recommend scope/pricing changes.
- Manage onboarding timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize configurations.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to transition accounts into ongoing support with the Accounting Specialists team.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in a client-facing accounting or onboarding role.
- Public or multi-client accounting background
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online setup and troubleshooting.
- Strong background in both cash- and accrual-based accounting
