Job Description
Senior Operations Finance Analyst supporting CLEAResult’s sustainable energy-efficiency programs. Delivering financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and KPI support for East Region operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support East Region program managers as a Senior Operations Finance Analyst
- Serve as a trusted finance partner to Operations
- Deliver client and program financial analysis covering revenue, labor, and expenses
- Provide program budget and forecasting support
- Provide program KPI support
- Prepare financial analysis informing business objectives and program management activities
- Support the operations team's forecasting process
- Partner with program managers to analyze labor costs and program budgets
- Manage program data and conduct financial analysis, including forecasting
- Conduct variance analysis and reconciliations against forecasts and contractual program budgets
- Liaise between Operations and Corporate Business/Finance to answer questions and research issues
- Compile budget analyses and comparisons with risk-mitigation recommendations
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and reporting, interpret results, and recommend actions
- Support process improvements and system functionality enhancements
- Produce process documentation and identify downstream dependencies
- Establish key financial measures with program managers
- Support process standardization and management initiatives
- Protect organizational value by keeping information confidential
- Communicate frequently with program managers and cross-functional partners
Requirements:
- 6+ years of applicable experience in finance or business analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business
- MS Office, with strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Preferred but not required: experience with ERP/financial systems, budgeting and forecasting tools, or others as defined by the specific position
- If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or support
