Job Description
Senior Product Designer with expertise in Figma for fast-growing collectibles startup. Designing engaging user experiences and contributing to product vision.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product design process—from research and concepting to prototyping and final UI
- Translate complex product requirements into simple, elegant, and highly engaging experiences
- Build interactive prototypes and design systems in Figma, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align on strategy and deliver high-quality experiences at speed
- Conduct and synthesize user research, feedback sessions, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Champion a user-centered design approach while balancing business goals
- Contribute to product vision and strategy, bringing fresh perspectives on community engagement
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio of consumer-facing applications (mobile or web)
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping, collaboration features)
- Experience designing for gamified communities, social products, or platforms that drive engagement and retention
- Strong grasp of interaction design, usability, and accessibility best practices
- Ability to create polished, production-ready designs while iterating quickly
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you can articulate design decisions clearly and work effectively across disciplines
- A passion for building products that bring people together and make complex interactions feel simple
- Familiarity with data-driven design and experimentation (A/B testing, analytics tools)
