Job Description
Product Designer designing high-quality interfaces and conducting user research in a growing company. Collaborating with development teams to implement solutions and enhance user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and market analysis to identify opportunities and our customers' needs.
- Develop high-quality interface designs, considering usability, accessibility, and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure efficient implementation of proposed solutions.
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and metrics.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Mid-Level Product Designer
- Proven minimum of 5 years' experience as a UI/UX Designer, Interaction Designer, Information Architect, or related field, in digital products and/or mobile apps;
- Knowledge of research techniques;
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum);
- Interaction Designer;
- Information Architecture or related field, digital products and/or mobile apps;
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, and Abstract;
- Experience with Design Thinking, Lean UX, or other frameworks that facilitate the rapid definition of user needs;
- Experience in design research methodologies and human-centered design principles;
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams;
- Adaptability in changing priorities or evolving requirements, with openness and agility;
- Experience working on UX/UI for web systems;
- Experience with modern web design techniques;
- Knowledge of Motion Design.
