Job Description
Senior Product Manager leading AI Coaching products to empower healthcare users. Collaborating with engineers and data scientists to improve member health outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the product work behind Lark's AI Coaching experience
- Drive the AI Coaching roadmap
- Build for trust, designing guardrails and human-in-the-loop moments
- Run a sharp measurement practice
- Partner tightly with the App and Enrollment teams
Requirements:
- A track record of shipping consumer products people love, ideally on mobile
- Real product judgment
- Hands-on experience shipping AI or LLM-powered features
- Strong analytics and experimentation instincts
- A feel for behavior change and for the line between coaching and clinical care
