Job Description
Senior Product Manager leading Lark Health’s core mobile app and AI coaching. Improving scalable cardiometabolic care through experimentation, analytics, and human-centered product development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development of Lark's core mobile app and AI coaching from concept to launch
- Use hypothesis-driven methods, market analysis, user testing, and data to define and refine features
- Own part of the product roadmap and translate user insights and business goals into initiatives, user stories, product requirements, and launch plans
- Run experiments, select appropriate metrics, and use evidence to support product decisions
- Define and track key results and communicate outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
- Partner with Enrollment and EHR teams on shared work and member outcomes
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data scientists to deliver member-focused features
Requirements:
- Track record of shipping consumer mobile products and features
- Experience shipping AI-powered features
- Strong analytics and experimentation instincts
- Fluency with Braintrust, Mixpanel, Looker, or Snowflake
- Familiarity with modern lean product development methodologies
- Experience working within a distributed team environment
- Understanding of behavior change and the distinction between coaching and clinical care
- Experience with the Medicare or older-adult population, or in B2C health, wellness, or fitness
- Familiarity with responsible AI practices and healthcare-specific considerations
- Must reside within the United States
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or address sponsorship requirements
