Job Description
Senior Product Manager for Integrations defining strategy and roadmap for Kindsight's fundraising platform. Collaborating with partners to enhance integration capabilities and drive innovation in nonprofit fundraising.
Responsibilities:
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for integrations
- Collaborate with users to understand their needs and validate ideas
- Responsible for crafting an integration strategy and a product roadmap
- Develop clear and actionable product specifications with Engineering and Design teams
- Build and nurture strong relationships with integration partners
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years in a product role, ideally with B2B and enterprise-facing products
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers
- Knowledge of API design and documentation, SDKs, developer platforms
- Experience working in Agile environments, with a strong understanding of Scrum principles
- Experience managing external partnerships and integrations
- Customer-Centric: Passionate about understanding and serving nonprofit customers
- Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills
