Job Description
Product Manager leading DeFi product development at Usual. Driving product delivery and strategy for an unreleased financial product set for launch in 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Lock Delivery & Specs
- Own the backlog across product and protocol
- Ensure everything entering delivery is ready
- Drive PRDs and coordinate Tech Specs with engineering
- Lead product discovery and problem framing
- Define success metrics and trade-offs
- Shape the roadmap for a product with real scale and impact
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager (or equivalent role)
- Strong experience with delivery-driven PM / PO responsibilities
- Ability to write clear specs for complex technical products
- Comfort working with engineers on protocol-level or backend-heavy systems
- Strong judgment around scope, sequencing, and trade-offs
- Experience in DeFi, fintech, or other financial infrastructure products
