Job Description
Senior HR Production Analyst managing talent software, databases, reporting, and system administration. Supporting Mosaic Life Care, a northwest Missouri healthcare system, through implementations, troubleshooting, and training.
Responsibilities:
- Determine Talent and organizational needs for Talent-related software implementations or upgrades
- Design and build system specifications with Technology Services staff or vendors
- Develop test scripts, coordinate department testing, and maintain implementation results
- Research technologies and vendors and present product options and costs to management
- Develop and manipulate reports and queries to gather measurement information
- Ensure database completeness, integrity, quality, and accuracy
- Identify system interfaces and required programming changes with Technology Services staff
- Write and install data-conversion programs or manage system data input
- Train Talent Service Line and organizational staff on system access and utilization
- Develop training materials
- Develop and maintain system security matrices
- Recommend system design changes and upgrades
- Perform data auditing, table and data maintenance, report development, security maintenance, and user consultation
- Collaborate with third-party vendors on implementation, troubleshooting, and contract oversight
- Research system development, implementation, and maintenance costs for management presentation
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required; degree in Human Resources or Technology preferred
- 3 years of experience required; experience in Human Resources or Technology preferred
- Prior experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access database, and Internet required
- Excellent working knowledge of hardware systems and architecture
- Ability to identify and understand hardware components used by the hospital
- Ability to input data using keyboard, light pen, and touchscreen
- Reading comprehension and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to communicate effectively with applicants, hiring managers, and caregivers
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to be a team player
- Ability to perform basic math, manipulate numbers, and process information accurately
- Ability to understand and explain policies
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions, distractions, and deadlines
- Ability to perform data analysis and interpretation, queries, and report development
- Ability to produce graphs and charts
- Problem-solving ability
- Must travel throughout the Mosaic Life Care complex to meet with users
- Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds
- Travel to off-site locations may be required
