Job Description
Senior Talent Development Program Manager at Twilio, building global learning programs and leadership offsites. Coaching leaders and measuring behavior change across a remote-first workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build facilitated development programs end to end for leaders, managers, and individual contributors globally
- Facilitate development programs in person, virtually, and in hybrid formats
- Design and facilitate leadership team offsites and team effectiveness sessions
- Partner with senior leaders to define outcomes, build agendas, guide strategic conversations, and drive commitments and follow-through
- Serve as an internal coach to leaders and high-potential talent through one-on-one and team coaching engagements
- Build internal facilitation capability by developing and certifying facilitators
- Set design and delivery standards for Talent Development programs
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to diagnose capability gaps and select training, coaching, or facilitated interventions
- Measure program, offsite, and coaching impact through participant feedback, behavior change, and business outcomes
- Report to the Senior Director of Talent Development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Adult Learning, Education, or a related field preferred
- 7–10 years in talent development, with 7+ years designing and facilitating leadership, manager, and professional development programs
- Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating executive and leadership team offsites, including strategic planning, team alignment, and team effectiveness sessions
- Expert facilitation skills across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats
- Ability to engage diverse global audiences and navigate challenging group dynamics in real time
- Strong instructional design skills grounded in adult learning principles
- Experience building facilitator guides and programs that scale through train-the-trainer models
- Executive presence and ability to build trust quickly, deliver candid feedback, and maintain strict confidentiality with senior leaders
- Experience using learning and coaching data, including feedback, behavior change, and business metrics, to demonstrate impact and drive program decisions
- Willingness to travel for in-person programs and offsites, approximately 25%
- Certification in assessment tools such as Hogan, DiSC, MBTI, or 360-degree feedback instruments preferred
- Experience building an internal coaching program or facilitator certification pathway preferred
- Experience applying AI tools to accelerate program design, personalize learning, or extend the reach of coaching preferred
- Ability to prioritize a full facilitation and coaching calendar in a fast-paced, changing culture preferred
