Job Description
Oracle Cloud EPM Project Manager leading implementation projects for Argano, a global digital consultancy. Managing delivery, budgets, teams, quality, stakeholders, and escalations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle Cloud EPM implementation projects from initiation to closure
- Develop and execute project plans, establish staffing requirements, and adjust plans throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage project risks, actions, issues, and decisions and drive completion by the team
- Collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and senior management to ensure project success
- Maintain regular communication and provide updates on project progress, challenges, and achievements
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Implement quality control processes and conduct quality reviews
- Maintain and manage a Project Budget Tracker/Burn Sheet to keep spending within the allocated budget
- Assemble project teams, assign tasks, and manage resources
- Foster collaboration and communication among team members
- Manage internal and external escalation processes and keep Argano Delivery Leadership informed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5 to 10 years of experience in project management
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience managing Oracle Cloud EPM implementation projects
- Comprehensive understanding of Oracle Cloud EPM applications
- Proven experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership skills and ability to provide guidance and support for successful project execution
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire project teams and drive successful outcomes
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- In-depth understanding and mastery of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with ability to negotiate and influence at all organizational levels
- Strong resource allocation and budget management skills
- Strategic mindset aligned with organizational goals and evolving priorities
- Skill in managing and leading organizational change initiatives
- Comprehensive understanding of software development processes and relevant technologies
- Ability to drive technical scoping decisions with the project/program Technical Lead
- Ability to manage internal communication, escalation processes, and resolution of escalations
