Job Description
Analytical support for provider contracting at Highmark Inc. Monitoring contract administration and supporting negotiations with outside entities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical and other support for provider contracting
- Monitor and facilitate contract loading and ongoing contract administration
- Prepare periodic reports summarizing compliance
- Support provider contracting activities including negotiations and contract development
- Act as intermediary between organization and outside entities to fulfill contract responsibilities
- Participate in educational sessions for provider billing staff
- Work with sales and customer service to respond to inquiries
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Business, Finance, Information Management, Healthcare Administration or Health Related discipline
- 5 years in the Health Insurance Industry
