Job Description
Senior QA Analyst validating iOS, Android, React, and web experiences for Huge, an AI-native design and technology company. Managing defects, API testing, automation, and client quality communications.
Responsibilities:
- Lead manual testing across physical iOS and Android devices and website experiences
- Test functionality, responsiveness, and performance
- Analyze and debug React and React Native frontend applications from a testing perspective
- Provide developers with detailed logs, console errors, network-call information, and root-cause context
- Report bugs with clear logs, device specifications, and reproduction steps
- Manage defects from intake through resolution and final verification
- Communicate testing progress, status updates, and risk assessments directly to clients
- Test BFF and API service layers with tools such as Postman
- Apply mobile test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to support quality goals
- Diagnose SDLC bottlenecks and independently design, evaluate, and orchestrate agentic AI strategies to optimize QA processes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in QA Mobile App testing
- Hands-on expertise validating physical iOS and Android devices and relevant websites
- Ability to debug React and React Native applications by inspecting components, state, network traffic, logs, console errors, and React developer tools
- Strong defect reporting and bug lifecycle management skills
- Ability to communicate technical details effectively with clients and represent quality strategy in project meetings
- Familiarity with mobile test automation frameworks such as Playwright and Appium, or similar
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience using AI developer/testing tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot
- Knowledge of push notifications, deep linking, and build distribution tools such as TestFlight and AppTester
- If the selected candidate holds an Engineering or related degree, they must present the required professional license
- Availability and commitment to either Wednesday–Sunday, 9–5pm Eastern Standard Time, or Friday–Tuesday, 9–5pm Eastern Standard Time
