Job Description
Senior Sales Executive driving revenue through consultative sales for law firms. Leveraging expertise to close high-value sales and lead clients through a diagnostic process.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue through Radical Candor.
- Conduct deep-dive sessions to uncover the revenue gaps, failure patterns, and bottlenecks holding a firm back.
- Use your expertise to determine if HTM is the solution.
- Maintain absolute discipline with CRM usage and lead management.
- Drive enrollments into our 5-Week Virtual Bootcamp and Membership programs.
Requirements:
- 12+ Years of Experience: A proven track record in high-ticket sales, executive recruiting, or business advisory (specifically working with small to mid-sized business owners).
- Sales Mastery: You understand the psychology of the close and the mechanics of a long-cycle, high-value sale.
- Ownership Mindset: You believe that growth requires accountability, both for yourself and for the prospects you advise.
