Job Description
Senior Salesforce Developer focusing on the Salesforce ecosystem, writing scalable and maintainable code. Engaging in design and deployment of data-driven applications with a focus on mentorship and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on developing in the Salesforce ecosystem and write scalable and maintainable frontend Javascript and backend Apex
- Work closely with Product Managers for scoping and roadmap discussions
- Mentor junior developers
- Design complex solutions based on product requirements
- Contribute to project documentation and knowledge bases
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience with full stack development
- 3+ years experience working in a Salesforce environment using LWC, Apex, General Security Practices
- Experience working with engineering AI tooling such as Github co-pilot, cursor or claude code
- A drive to continue to improve your skill set and take on more challenging projects
- A willingness to help educate and grow teammates
- An ability to effectively communicate with peers in Engineering and Product
