Job Description
Salesforce Developer building and optimizing Agentforce and Sales Cloud solutions for Spyrosoft, a global software engineering company. Developing integrations, automations, and secure scalable applications.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows
- Configure and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and automation
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications following platform best practices
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform unit testing, and manage deployments across environments
- Ensure Salesforce solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable
- Support the development, enhancement, and optimization of the Salesforce ecosystem
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and international teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong practical experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Advanced proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow Builder
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, including agent configuration, customization, and implementation
- Understanding of AI agents, agent actions, and Salesforce automation capabilities
- Experience developing and troubleshooting Salesforce integrations
- Working knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integration patterns
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and development best practices
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with business stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment
- Professional English proficiency
- Experience with Salesforce Prompt Builder
- Experience building AI-powered workflows and integrating Agentforce with enterprise applications
- Familiarity with middleware platforms such as Informatica or SAP
- Experience with event-driven integration patterns, including Platform Events and CDC
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools, such as Copado, Git, or Azure DevOps
- Understanding of OAuth in Microsoft Entra ID, Connected Apps, API authentication, and Salesforce security models
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Salesforce certifications
- Previous experience working with distributed international teams
