Job Description

Senior SAP Project Manager leading complex SAP projects from A to Z. Engaging in innovative ERP solutions for Swiss companies with a strong emphasis on client success.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading and managing SAP projects across the entire lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality
  • Establishing and continuously improving the project organization, including governance, methodology, resource planning, and project cost accounting
  • Coordinating all project activities and changes, and implementing professional change and risk management with relevant stakeholders
  • Ensuring transparent, solution-oriented communication and handling escalation issues with confidence
  • Delivering measurable customer value through innovative IT initiatives, holistic solution approaches, and actively maintaining and expanding customer relationships

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience leading SAP projects, combined with solid SAP consulting and IT expertise
  • Completed higher education (e.g., university/technical college/professional diploma) and ideally certifications in SAP and project management
  • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, together with high social competence and a sense of responsibility
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong initiative, customer-service orientation, and a reliable, precise way of working
  • Team-oriented, open, and flexible personality that fosters a positive work environment and actively builds and maintains client relationships
  • Very good German language skills and good English language skills, both written and spoken
