Job Description

Mid-career Software Engineer developing full-stack features focused on data architecture for a brain health platform. Collaborating with team members to optimize user satisfaction and product success metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement full-stack features, with a primary focus on data architecture and backend/system design
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality, user-friendly, and accessible product experiences
  • Continuously analyze and improve product success metrics and workflows to optimize user satisfaction

Requirements:

  • A mid-career software engineer, with strong backend skills, looking to advance over time to team leadership
  • Able to independently identify and solve complex problems, recognizing when to seek assistance to maintain progress and efficiency
  • Excellent at communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excited by ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and the opportunity to help shape the direction of a growing company
  • Experience in a typed language (we use C#/.NET but are open to analogous experience)
  • Nice to Have: Experience with mobile dev, either Swift/Kotlin or React Native
  • Nice to Have: Experience in healthcare or other privacy-centric verticals
  • Nice to Have: Exposure to relational databases, .NET, and event-driven architecture
  • Nice to Have: Knowledge of common design patterns and best practices for maintainability and security
