Job Description
Senior Software Engineering Technical Interviewer evaluating candidates across multiple engineering disciplines. Conducting structured technical interviews and collaborating with recruiting and engineering leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical interviews (screening, coding, system design, domain deep-dives) for multiple software engineering tracks.
- Evaluate candidates on problem-solving, coding quality, fundamentals (DSA), system design, debugging, and communication.
- Use structured rubrics and consistent scoring; produce clear hire/no-hire signals and written feedback in the ATS.
- Calibrate with interview panels to reduce bias and improve alignment on leveling.
- Help refine interview questions, take-home tasks (if used), and bar-raiser standards.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience (professional, timely, respectful).
Requirements:
- 5+ years professional experience in software engineering (any of the tracks above).
- Proven ability to conduct technical interviews (formal interviewer experience strongly preferred).
- Strong computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, complexity).
- Comfortable assessing system design and code quality.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- English: Fluent
- Arabic: Native
