Job Description
Senior Specialist II managing client interactions and technical support during cloud service implementations. Ensuring data security and smooth project transitions within NextGen Healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the key resource for providing answers related to questions and concerns from hosted clients during implementation and migration
- Provide specialized engagement between internal hosting implementation resources and technical leaders
- Protect data, software, and hardware by coordinating and implementing network security measures
- Monitor server performance and implement adjustments as needed
- Migrate, restore, and configure SQL databases between data centers
- Participate in Disaster Recovery planning, testing, and execution
- Facilitate project turnover and ensure smooth transition from implementation to client success
Requirements:
- 7+ years Cloud based computing
- Experience with NextGen Healthcare Practice Management; Electronic Health Record, or other PM systems and workflows
- General healthcare experience in Acute or Ambulatory settings
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) or cloud-based services experience
- Project Management experience (Mavenlink preferred)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- AWS or Cloud-based certification
