Job Description
Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Hyland driving recruitment for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success roles. Collaborating closely with leadership to build a top-tier workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success roles
- Partner with GTM leadership to understand business priorities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical GTM roles
- Advise hiring managers on market trends and compensation benchmarks
- Drive diversity recruiting initiatives
- Collaborate with HR and Finance to align hiring plans
- Leverage data and analytics to track recruiting performance
- Champion Hyland’s employer brand by creating compelling job postings
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive full lifecycle recruiting experience
- Deep understanding of US & Global GTM talent markets
- Expertise in building and maintaining talent pipelines
- Advanced interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills
- Executive communication and relationship-building skills
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
