Job Description
Senior Value Engineer shaping how government agencies leverage AI for service delivery transformation. Influencing solution strategy and mentoring peers for enhanced value engineering practices.
Responsibilities:
- Play a strategic and highly visible role shaping how government agencies leverage AI to transform service delivery.
- Operate as a trusted advisor to executives and program leaders.
- Lead complex discovery and architect high-impact AI solutions.
- Quantify multi‑dimensional value across operations, policy, and constituent experience.
- Influence both solution strategy and product direction while mentoring peers.
- Elevate value engineering practices across the organization.
Requirements:
- 8–10+ years of experience in public sector technology, consulting, value engineering, or solution engineering.
- Demonstrated success leading large, complex, or multi‑agency transformation initiatives involving AI, automation, or digital modernization.
- Deep, practical expertise in agentic AI, LLMs, business process optimization, workflow automation, and intelligent service delivery.
- Recognized subject matter expertise in one or more: permitting/licensing, social/public benefit programs, public engagement, or digital services.
- Proven ability to influence and advise executive stakeholders, including CIOs, program directors, and policy leaders.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Mural, or similar process and workflow modeling tools.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to lead complex conversations and drive consensus.
