Job Description

SVP leading IKS Health’s ambulatory sales organization and customer growth. Driving enterprise healthcare technology partnerships, complex deals, go-to-market strategy, and team performance across the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mature the Sales & Account Management teams for the Ambulatory business unit
  • Formulate long-term growth strategies with executive leadership
  • Manage client-facing relationships and grow the client portfolio
  • Direct portfolio sales and new business growth throughout the business development lifecycle
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences, accurate forecasts, and monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Create strategic go-to-market plans to compete in the healthcare provider technology space
  • Maintain reporting, accountability, quota execution, and incentive tools
  • Collaborate across the organization as a leader and change agent
  • Partner with Product, Commercialization, and Operations executives to attract clients, build brand awareness, and drive growth across Ambulatory offerings

Requirements:

  • 12–18+ years of enterprise healthcare sales or strategic partnerships experience
  • 5–7 years of experience leading sales teams and organizations
  • Proven success leading software or technology services sales organizations at scale, including net-new logo and account management teams
  • Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare provider ambulatory sector, market trends, sales cycles, software, data, technology services, and AI/automation
  • Experience leading complex go-to-market portfolios through significant growth
  • Experience implementing complex strategies and data-driven sales operations improvements
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities with a player-coach mentality
  • Demonstrated success creating demand from scratch within health systems or similarly complex clinician organizations
  • Ability to lead multi-threaded, C-suite-level engagements across clinical, financial, and operational stakeholders
  • Track record of closing large, complex deals over long sales cycles
  • Experience originating and building new markets or territories
  • Experience structuring creative, non-standard commercial models
  • Exposure to health system economics and ability to connect operational change to financial outcomes
  • Position requires 60% travel, averaging 3–4 days per week
  • Undergraduate or Master's degree; MBA or MHA is preferred
