Job Description

Service Manager managing strategic accounts remotely for a digital transformation startup, ensuring partnership experience and driving business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the account with the client.
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Lead executive and operational alignments, ensuring transparency and predictability.
  • Manage schedule, expectations, risks and potential escalation points.
  • Identify opportunities to evolve the partnership and capture new business needs.
  • Facilitate communication between the client and internal teams.
  • Ensure alignment between business priorities and execution.
  • Support prioritization of initiatives and the evolution of the roadmap.
  • Track the progress of initiatives and help remove impediments.
  • Monitor account health indicators, customer satisfaction and delivery performance.
  • Support the financial monitoring of the operation, including scope, budget and capacity.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing strategic accounts or corporate clients.
  • Solid experience in project, product or digital delivery management.
  • Availability for occasional travel.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal presence.
  • Experience leading executive forums and stakeholder management.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to manage expectations.
  • Ability to operate in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Business acumen and results-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and digital product management.
  • Ability to move between strategic and operational discussions.
  • Analytical, collaborative and results-driven profile.
  • 3+ years of experience (preferred).
  • Background in digital consulting, a software house or digital products (preferred).
  • Previous work with digital products, platforms or complex ecosystems (preferred).
  • Experience in digital transformation contexts and enterprise account management (preferred).
