Job Description
Solutions Consultant driving technical wins for Workiva’s AI-powered finance, risk, and sustainability platform. Building demonstrations, prototypes, and proofs of concept for Iberian customers.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales and internal stakeholders to drive the technical win across target opportunities
- Uncover technical requirements consultatively
- Develop example solutions, prototypes, and proofs of concept to validate requirements and demonstrate enterprise value
- Engage customers, prospects, and partners via phone, web, or onsite meetings and drive discovery
- Identify how Workiva solutions align with customer and prospect needs
- Work with Workiva Client Services for smooth onboarding and long-term customer success
- Develop working knowledge of industries, departments, and use cases where Workiva can have an impact
- Conduct generic and targeted solution demonstrations for Financial Reporting and Controls essentials
- Develop new use cases or use existing templates to demonstrate solution impact and value
- Conduct process assessments, build proofs of concept, and present customer-specific business cases
- Deliver cross-domain coaching, training, or mentoring to peers
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Client Services, Scoping, and Customer Success
- Assist Sales in developing account plans
- Own Opportunity Technical Evaluations and drive verified Technical Wins
- Guide customers in data connectivity, automated reporting workflows, and practical AI capabilities
- Conduct solution discovery and value presentations across Financial Reporting, GRC, and Sustainability
Requirements:
- 4+ years of related career experience in pre-sales/solution consulting or management consulting experience (e.g., Big 4 or equivalent)
- Background in solution consulting, technical sales, or solution delivery
- Degree in a related field strongly preferred, or equivalent practical experience similar
- Fluent Spanish speaker
- Experience engaging with and presenting to business or IT managers and executives
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results and continuous improvement
- Hands on technical experience with SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, and architectures preferred
- Experience with ERP, GRC, GL, FP&A, or Analytics & Reporting solutions
- Ability to present a value based, compelling software demonstrations
- Working knowledge or practical experience with emerging AI capabilities, such as automated data curation, intelligent document processing, predictive insights, or AI-assisted reporting workflows
- Familiarity with enterprise data structures, API integrations, or cross-domain platform solutions, including Finance, GRC, or Sustainability/ESG frameworks like CSRD
- Up to 30% travel for customer and internal meetings
