Job Description
Solutions Engineer guiding customers through migrations between Compliancy Group’s healthcare compliance platforms. Running technical discovery, demos, sandboxes, and implementation support.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers evaluating or migrating across platforms
- Understand customer environments and design migration paths that fit their infrastructure
- Own technical discovery, deep-dive demos, and sandboxes for prospects and customers
- Partner with Customer Success to support smooth migrations and rapid post-migration value realization
- Support configuration and deliver minor technical changes for successful implementation
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, migration guides, and talk tracks
- Translate technical capabilities into business value for technical and economic buyers
- Feed prospect and customer feedback into Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps and identify migration friction
- Build deep expertise in both Compliance Manager and Guard platforms
- Support a multi-year migration initiative from late 2026 through the end of 2028
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or in a similar technical pre-sales role
- Strong technical depth, including the ability to demo complex products, explain configuration and implementation details, and answer technical questions
- Track record of managing relationships with large, complex organizations, ideally with a deeply technical enterprise product
- Understanding of and comfort navigating security, compliance, and IT processes at large enterprises
- Ability to connect technical detail to customer business value
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting one-on-one, in small groups, and at larger venues
- Comfort working with ambiguity
- Collaborative, low-ego, self-starter approach
- Prior healthcare compliance, governance, risk, or security product experience is nice to have
- Experience supporting a product migration or platform transition is nice to have
- Experience working with distributed or offshore teams is nice to have
- Comfort operating in a small, fast-moving environment is nice to have
- Location eligibility includes qualified candidates onshore and offshore
