Job Description
Lead IT Asset Architect at Cloudera, transforming global asset management and governance frameworks. Overseeing asset and configuration architecture design and supporting enterprise technology strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and evolution of asset and configuration management architecture within ServiceNow
- Define and own enterprise asset tagging and metadata standards
- Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
- Ensure end-to-end lifecycle visibility across all asset classes
- Act as the primary bridge between Infrastructure, InfoSec, Finance, and Cloud Operations
- Drive the organization towards autonomous asset management
- Lead service mapping initiatives for critical applications
- Develop KPIs and observability frameworks that communicate asset programme health
Requirements:
- 7+ years in IT Infrastructure or IT Asset Management
- At least 3 years in a lead or architect capacity
- Demonstrated experience operating across multiple asset domains
- Bsc/Msc in related field or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to design and enforce enterprise-wide asset governance frameworks
- Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Solid understanding of multi-cloud environments
- Experience designing integrations between asset management platforms and external data sources
- Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of standards and governance frameworks
