Job Description
Video Producer ensuring high-quality video content for Public Sector customers. Collaborating remotely and supporting additional operational duties as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the production of high-quality video content for Public Sector customers.
- Take on additional duties as required by the business.
- Indexing content, conducting quality assurance checks, and supporting operational needs as they arise.
- Maintain effective communication with team members across various time zones.
Requirements:
- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-moving environment
- Strong time management skills, the ability to effectively prioritize tasks in line with business requirements and deadlines while working remotely.
- Experience with video direction or production
- Experience working in a remote environment and the ability to maintain effective communication with team members across various time zones
- Access to a quiet and professional environment for focused transcription work, free of background noise and distractions
- Comfortable using digital communication tools to collaborate with teams and customers.
- Familiar with remote work tools such as cloud storage and virtual meeting software
- Proven ability to direct multi-camera live video productions, ensuring high-quality visual and the ability to meet the customer expectations
- Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving technical issues quickly during live streams
- Ability to interpret analytics and viewer feedback to continuously improve streaming quality and engagement
- Strong organizational skills for coordinating schedules, resources, and post-production tasks
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in high-stakes live environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
- Willingness to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving industry trends.
