Responsibilities:

  • Lead real‑time triage and escalation of complex OTC issues across SAP, Salesforce, EDI, and integrated platforms

  • Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment by coordinating daily execution with 3PLs and distribution partners
  • Resolve shipment exceptions (e.g., delays, temperature excursions, misroutes) through rapid coordination with GCX, Logistics, and Quality teams
  • Monitor order flow across systems to maintain service continuity and prevent downstream customer or distributor impact

  • Ensure data integrity across SAP, EDI, internal portals, and distribution systems by identifying anomalies and driving corrective actions
  • Deliver post‑incident summaries outlining root cause, corrective actions, and cross‑functional alignment
  • Serve as the functional SME for SAP Order‑to‑Cash and EDI, including order management, pricing, billing, returns, and dispute resolution
  • Troubleshoot IDOCs and integration flows while assessing downstream impacts on revenue, claims, and customer experience
  • Serve as the operational liaison for external service providers, 3PLs, and logistics partners, ensuring alignment on validations, exception handling, and operational readiness
  • Coordinate communications across Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Quality, Commercial, and Technology teams during incidents, enhancements, and ongoing operations
  • Execute operational steps during product recalls, including shipment holds, lot‑level tracking, and customer outreach
  • Coordinate with Quality and logistics partners to ensure accurate and timely execution of recall activities
  • Provide recall status reporting and documentation required for regulatory and internal audits
  • Ensure operational readiness for new product launches, including SKU setup, distribution activation, and partner enablement
  • Coordinate cross‑functionally to validate inventory availability, labeling/pack requirements, and system alignment prior to key launch milestones
  • Identify and escalate launch‑related risks early (e.g., master data gaps, pricing setup issues, 3PL readiness)
  • Lead OTC initiatives end‑to‑end, from requirements definition through testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live hypercare
  • Champion automation and process improvements that reduce manual effort, improve cycle times, and enhance cross‑functional efficiency
  • Apply structured root‑cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions to prevent recurrence of operational and system issues
  • Foster a high‑accountability, psychologically safe environment that balances compliance with confidence and execution speed
  • Reinforce performance through recognition of successes, not solely exception management
  • Develop structured onboarding and capability‑building programs, including job shadowing and real‑time learning
  • Build distributed leadership by empowering experienced team members to own defined operational pillars (e.g., Revenue, Claims, Returns)

Requirements:
