Job Description
Systems Enablement Manager integrating acquired B2B SaaS companies at Cordance. Configuring Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, and CPQ while driving stakeholder adoption and AI-assisted enablement.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary systems point of contact for acquired business units through change management and new process implementation
- Translate systems and workflows into guidance, training, and documentation for non-technical stakeholders
- Run working sessions and office hours to demonstrate tools, answer questions, and troubleshoot
- Identify adoption risks and resistance points and address them with business stakeholders
- Configure and update Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, and CPQ platforms for acquired business units
- Configure objects, fields, workflows, CPQ/pricing rules, and enterprise-standard processes
- Identify and resolve configuration gaps, data discrepancies, and process misalignments
- Build and maintain playbooks and job aids for onboarding cycles
- Support SaaS subscription, hardware, and usage-based billing model integration into NetSuite and CPQ
- Collaborate with Finance and Revenue Operations on revenue recognition, billing automation, and reporting
- Troubleshoot billing discrepancies caused by integration gaps or configuration mismatches
- Use AI tools for root-cause analysis, data mapping, configuration troubleshooting, and documentation
- Build AI-assisted training and enablement materials
- Share AI-driven methods with Integration and Systems teams
- Report to the Integration team and align configuration changes with Data and Systems architecture and governance standards
- Partner with Finance, Sales Ops, IT, and Business Development stakeholders
- Communicate systems changes, enablement progress, and risks to technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with business stakeholders through change management and process adoption
- Strong engagement presence to drive adoption and partnership with businesses
- 3–6+ years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce and HubSpot in a commercial or operations environment, including direct configuration changes
- Demonstrated NetSuite administration experience, including financial module configuration and data management
- Proven experience with CPQ platforms such as Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, or Zuora CPQ, including product setup, pricing rules, and quote-to-cash workflows
- Experience supporting or managing SaaS/subscription, physical hardware, and usage/consumption-based billing models
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing complex systems issues and delivering hands-on fixes
- Active AI-first practitioner comfortable using ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or equivalent AI tools in daily workflow
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate systems and process changes for non-technical audiences
- Final candidate must be able to pass a background check
- Preferred: experience supporting M&A integration or business onboarding in a multi-entity environment
- Preferred: customer- or business-facing enablement, training, or change management experience
- Preferred: familiarity with MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, or Zapier
- Preferred: exposure to data governance frameworks and master data management
- Preferred: Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification
- Preferred: NetSuite Suite Foundation or Administrator certification
