Job Description

Analista júnior desenvolvendo conteúdos e treinamentos corporativos para a Libbs, empresa farmacêutica brasileira. Apoiando capacitação da força de vendas e inovação educacional com inteligência artificial.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify training needs in collaboration with business areas, Marketing, and the sales force, aligning requirements with the company’s strategies.
  • Develop, update, and adapt technical content and training materials, primarily related to Cardiology and the Central Nervous System (CNS).
  • Create educational resources and propose learning solutions in a range of in-person and digital formats.
  • Organize and support the delivery of in-person and online training for the sales force.
  • Support the delivery and continuous improvement of the New Hires Program, contributing to employee onboarding and development.
  • Participate in the preparation and delivery of cycle training, product launches, and other development initiatives.
  • Monitor training implementation and measure its effectiveness through metrics, assessments, and post-training follow-up activities.
  • Conduct field visits to identify development opportunities and gather feedback from the sales force.
  • Support department projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, materials, and learning experiences.
  • Contribute to training innovation initiatives, including the application of artificial intelligence to talent training and development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree completed.
  • Previous experience in corporate training, corporate education, or the development of training programs.
  • Experience conducting training needs analysis (TNA).
  • Experience creating educational content, training materials, or learning resources.
  • Ability to monitor metrics and measure the effectiveness of development initiatives.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (a plus).
  • Experience training sales representatives, medical consultants, pharmaceutical sales representatives, or commercial teams (a plus).
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and the dynamics of engaging with healthcare professionals (a plus).
  • Experience with digital learning, microlearning, learning pathways, and asynchronous content (a plus).
  • Experience with artificial intelligence tools and solutions applied to education, training, or people development (a plus).
  • Willingness to travel.
