Job Description
Teamlead für Versicherungsberatung beim Finanzassistenten Finanzguru. Führung von 6 bis 9 Berater:innen und Entwicklung nachhaltiger Kundenabsicherung ohne Kaltakquise.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 6 to 9 advisors
- Build and maintain a strong team culture
- Proactively help shape decisions, strategies, and developments
- Translate company and product developments for the team
- Conduct direct 1:1s, feedback sessions, and regular case reviews
- Support the team’s professional and personal development
- Promote sustainable advisory quality instead of short-term sales pressure
- Improve advisory processes and workflows
- Work with the team to provide more than 3 million app users with suitable, long-term insurance protection and lasting value
- Advise customers who already have an interest in Finanzguru; no cold calling
Requirements:
- Training as an insurance and financial investment services specialist or as an insurance specialist (IHK/BWV)
- Relevant expertise in accordance with Section 34f of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO)
- At least 2 years of practical experience in life/health and disability insurance or biometric risk advisory
- Initial leadership experience, for example as a Senior Advisor, Coach, or Team Captain
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Experience and willingness to work with digital tools
- Ability to communicate change to the team clearly, motivationally, and empathetically
- Enthusiasm for honest advice that delivers sustainable value
