Job Description
Team Manager leading and mentoring a team of agents at Dulcedo, a 360 Talent Management Agency. Developing talent and contributing to a collaborative agency culture.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a small team, helping each individual grow in performance, confidence, and accountability
- Hold regular 1:1s with team members to provide guidance, feedback, support, and strategic direction
- Partner closely with Associate Directors and leadership to align on priorities, performance, team needs, and business opportunities
- Take an active role in building your team through recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training, ensuring new hires are set up for long-term success
- Lead performance reviews, support goal-setting, and help create development plans tailored to each team member
- Continue representing talent directly and contributing to sales performance, while leading by example
Requirements:
- Around 5+ years of experience in talent management or influencer marketing
- Experience leading, mentoring, or supporting more junior team members, formally or informally
- Passion for mentoring people and for the creator space
