Job Description

Technical Adoption Manager at VMware helping enterprise customers succeed with technology adoption and maximizing value. Building strong relationships to deliver tailored Success Plans and business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers
  • Drive a cross-functional, unified customer experience
  • Enable onboarding, adoption, and realization of business value through VMware technology
  • Communicate with assigned customers to ensure best-in-class execution
  • Collaborate with VMware project teams and other departments
  • Participate in quarterly training programs to enhance technical knowledge and soft-skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 12+ years related experience required
  • Proven work experience in customer-facing positions
  • Strong business acumen and technical skills
  • Experience with VMware’s VCF, Infrastructure SDDC (vSphere), Cloud Environment (Cloud services, VMC/AWS, vCloud director), Network Virtualization (NSX), Automation/Monitoring (Aria Suite)
  • Ability to communicate key topics of VMware’s solutions across all customer levels
  • Skills in creating Success Plans and technology roadmaps
