Job Description

Technical Architect designing and managing Salesforce solutions at Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM. Leading technical design and integration for client implementations and overseeing complex Salesforce projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical design sessions and translate complex business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform and its various products, SFI Industries, APEX and Omnistudio.
  • Lead/manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migrations.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, set expectations, and identify gaps between their current and desired states.
  • Architect and manage integrations with external systems via APIs and ETL technologies.
  • Proactively debug and resolve complex technical issues as they arise.
  • Work with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations and ensure solutions align with platform best practices.
  • Be prepared for travel to client sites, averaging approximately 50% of the time.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience as a technical architect, with at least 3+ years on the Salesforce platform.
  • Expert-level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Analytics, and Experience Clouds, with OmniStudio and SFI knowledge being a plus.
  • Deep understanding of systems architecture, key design and integration patterns, and best practices for managing large data volumes.
  • Strong background in designing and developing large web-based systems, including a comprehensive understanding of the full software product lifecycle.
  • Experience with environment management, release management, code versioning, and deployment methodologies.
  • Familiarity with platform security capabilities (TLS, SSL) and data sharing/visibility models.
  • Be a proactive and self-managed professional with the ability to challenge the status quo and propose creative yet well-thought-out solutions.
  • English proficient.
