Job Description
Technical Architect for Salesforce Spiff driving successful implementations across client partnerships. Collaborating with stakeholders and managing technical delivery of solutions and integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectations
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform
- Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client's current and desired end states
- Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce Spiff projects
- Follow and help define integration standards; lead code reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate integration patterns are followed
- Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce Spiff implementation
- Maintain a target billable utilization aligned to the role
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across project implementations
- Participate in pre-sales activities including discovery sessions, technical deep-dives, and Proof-of-Concept (POC) development with prospects
- Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations
Requirements:
- 10+ years in data architecture or consulting
- Hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience for a major software domain (e.g., CRM, ERP, HR)
- Expert-level skills in iPaaS automation platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, Informatica, or Zapier
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Spiff or a comparable enterprise Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) tool (e.g., Xactly, SAP/CallidusCloud, Varicent)
- Deep knowledge of APIs, SQL/SOQL, data distribution, data modeling, and data integration concepts
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies including requirements, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
