Job Description
Technical Project & Support Consultant implementing legal software for German customers. Managing projects, technical support, data analysis, training, and customer success from implementation through go-live.
Responsibilities:
- Support customers in the rollout of the legal software and manage implementation projects from planning to successful go-live
- Analyze customer requirements and develop appropriate solution and implementation concepts
- Conduct workshops, document requirements, and coordinate their implementation
- Manage project plans, milestones, resources and risks
- Act as the central interface between customers and product, development, and support teams
- Support data migrations, system configurations and individual customer requirements
- Handle complex customer inquiries in 2nd-level support
- Analyze technical error patterns and assist with root cause analysis in databases, log files, and existing systems
- Work with technical teams to develop sustainable solutions
- Assist customers with technical questions about the software solutions
- Guide customers through their entire lifecycle up to productive use
- Deliver trainings and user workshops
- Identify optimization potential and advise customers on the further development of their processes
- Ensure customers are successful with the solutions over the long term
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role within a software environment
- Degree in an IT-related field or a comparable qualification; legal background is an advantage
- Experience with project management methods and tools such as Jira, Confluence or Wrike
- Strong technical understanding of software applications, databases, and system landscapes
- Practical SQL skills and the ability to create and analyze database queries
- Ideally, experience in technical troubleshooting and the ability to follow existing code structures
- Practical experience with CRM systems, e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot or Dynamics
- Very good German and English skills
- Structured and analytical way of working
- Confident communication with customers and diverse stakeholders
- Experience in SaaS, software, or legal-tech environments is an advantage
- Willingness to travel occasionally, e.g. for customer appointments or coordination with international teams
- French language skills are a plus
