Job Description
Licensed Therapist providing high-quality telehealth care as independent contractors with Brightways Counseling Group. Enjoy flexible scheduling and robust administrative support as you work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based, measurement-informed care.
- Complete treatment plans every 90 days.
- Complete clinical documentation and submit to receive payment.
- Deliver care via telehealth from a private, secure environment.
Requirements:
- Master’s in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy or other qualified degree.
- License in Oregon: LPC, LCSW, LMFT.
- Experience: Providing at least 3 years of behavioral health using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages, welcoming therapists with expertise in working with any age group, from children to adults.
- Ability to provide telehealth services.
- Successful background check.
- Must reside in a U.S. state eligible for contracting; currently unable to contract with clinicians residing in CA, NY, MA, NJ or DE.
- Availability: We have found that the best fit for Brightways are those willing to offer at least 20 available sessions per week.

- Competitive Hourly Compensation: Earn $75 per clinical hour. Your total income is entirely up to you: offer more hours, see more clients, earn more.
- Total Flexibility: Work as much or as little as you choose (minimum 20 hours of availability per week).
- Fully remote — Work from anywhere, within eligible U.S. states, as long as you are licensed in Oregon or able to get licensed in Oregon.
