Job Description

Territory Manager driving Brooks footwear, apparel, accessory, and sock sales across Atlanta specialty accounts. Managing sell-in, sell-through, inventory, relationships, and territory growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Brooks product sales and growth within designated specialty accounts in an assigned territory
  • Manage seasonal sell-in and in-season sell-through across footwear, apparel, accessories, and socks
  • Collaborate with sales management to deliver yearly strategic sales goals and revenue targets
  • Achieve and analyze seasonal backlog goals
  • Manage bulk process support and forecast key product drivers
  • Manage inventory levels and monitor sell-through percentages to drive replenishment and maintain future orders while reducing returns
  • Develop monthly business reviews covering territory health and competition
  • Influence external stakeholders to create seasonal brand and product initiatives across physical and digital platforms
  • Develop and lead seasonal product presentations and assortments
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on sales programs and grassroots events, including in-store promotions, expos, and store running teams
  • Partner with local Brooks Guru on revenue and marketing plans
  • Build relationships with Brooks stakeholders including Credit, Runner Experience, and Distribution Center
  • Provide best-in-class service to owners, buyers, and marketing teams
  • Provide field feedback on Brooks and competitor products, programs, services, and marketplace activities
  • Travel to assigned accounts, tradeshows, bi-annual sales meetings, and account visits

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience required
  • Experience with footwear and apparel sales preferred
  • Specialty retail (running) experience preferred
  • Experience working in Microsoft Data Cube, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Tableau preferred
  • Strong understanding of basic MS Office programs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company
  • Keen attention to detail in planning, organization, and execution of tasks, while still seeing the big picture
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% during peak season
