Job Description

Territory Sales Manager expanding Strive Pharmacy’s prescriber network for personalized compounded medications in greater San Antonio. Driving clinic growth through provider relationships, education, and field sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Own clinic growth and retention after handoff, including working with clinics that dip below 10 scripts per month
  • Identify, prospect, and establish relationships with healthcare providers, specialists, private practices, and clinical organizations
  • Build relationships with existing prescribers and clinical teams; conduct account reviews and identify growth opportunities
  • Deliver in-person educational presentations, clinical lunch-and-learns, and product discussions about custom compounding solutions
  • Monitor regional healthcare trends, provider preferences, and competitive activity; provide market insights to Sales Leadership
  • Maintain field sales activity, provider interaction, pipeline, and follow-up records in CRM software, including HubSpot
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Pharmacy Operations on campaigns, provider onboarding, and customer needs
  • Represent Strive Pharmacy at medical conferences, provider education events, and networking opportunities
  • Ensure interactions and promotional activities comply with company policies, healthcare compliance requirements, pharmaceutical advertising standards, and HIPAA
  • Travel frequently throughout the assigned San Antonio territory and occasionally lift marketing or conference materials up to 35 lbs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biological Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of successful field sales experience
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to travel extensively, up to 70–80%, within assigned territory
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency with modern Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills
  • Ability to independently manage a field territory, prioritize strategic accounts, and achieve sales objectives in a fast-paced environment
