Job Description
Territory Sales Representative managing and expanding accounts in Texas for Bad Birdie's golf apparel brand. Responsible for relationship building, sales presentations, and closing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow an assigned book of green grass accounts across Texas
- Build strong, long-term relationships with buyers, owners, and club professionals
- Open new accounts and expand Bad Birdie’s footprint within the territory
- Conduct in-person, brand-driven line reviews and product presentations
- Identify sales opportunities through sell-through analysis and account performance
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently drive toward targets
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Marketing, and Operations to support accounts
- Handle territory-related administrative tasks including order entry and follow-up
- Uphold Bad Birdie’s brand standards and servicing expectations at all times
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a sport, apparel, or consumer-based professional environment
- 1+ years of experience in outside sales or field sales
- Strong understanding of the golf industry and green grass channel preferred
- Proven ability to build, manage, and grow client relationships
- Comfortable working autonomously while staying aligned with a broader sales team
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to travel frequently within the territory
