Job Description
Total Rewards Project Manager advancing compensation, benefits, and equity programs at Genesys, an AI-powered customer experience platform. Coordinating global projects, implementations, process optimization, and organizational transformations across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution and delivery of multiple concurrent Total Rewards projects across Benefits, Compensation, and Equity
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risk logs, issue trackers, and status reports
- Coordinate activities across Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Legal, HRIS, Communications, and other stakeholders
- Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, track action items, and drive accountability
- Identify risks, escalate issues, and recommend solutions
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, and project updates for leadership
- Support change management through implementation plans, communications, and readiness efforts
- Track project budgets, timelines, and deliverables
- Maintain project documentation and consistent project management methodologies and tools
- Improve project execution, coordination, and operational effectiveness across Total Rewards
- Drive process optimization improving efficiency, scalability, data integrity, and employee experience
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and organizational changes through implementation plans, integration processes, and documentation
- Deliver initiatives involving compensation, equity, benefits, pay transparency, job architecture, annual planning, HR technology, automation, system integration, and organizational transformation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Human Resources, or a related field
- 5 to 8 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a global organization
- Demonstrated success delivering multiple concurrent projects with diverse stakeholders, competing priorities, and executive visibility
- Strong project planning and execution skills, including schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive presentations and status updates
- Ability to build relationships, influence without direct authority, and drive accountability across cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality results
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred
- Experience supporting Human Resources, Total Rewards, Finance, Payroll, or similar enterprise functions preferred
- Experience with HRIS platforms, reporting tools, or analytics solutions such as Power BI or Tableau preferred
- Experience supporting HR implementations, process improvement initiatives, or mergers and acquisitions preferred
- Familiarity with automation, AI-enabled productivity tools, or continuous improvement methodologies preferred
