Job Description
Video Editor at SUP3RNOVA crafting engaging visual narratives for various platforms. Collaborating with creative teams to produce content that resonates.
Responsibilities:
- Edit a variety of content types: social-first videos, brand films, reels, ads, case studies, sizzles, and experimental content
- Collaborate with creative teams to shape storytelling, tone, and pacing
- Create versions for different platforms (TikTok, IG Reels, YT, broadcast, etc.)
- Source music, sound design, and visual elements to enhance emotion and energy
- Handle basic motion graphics, titles, and transitions
- Manage file organization and versioning with efficiency
- Occasionally assist on shoots or content capture (bonus if you can operate a camera)
- Stay ahead of trends, editing styles, and visual formats
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience editing short-form and branded content
- Strong portfolio of work that shows range, rhythm, and cultural fluency
- Proficiency in video editing software - APP, Davinci, etc. (After Effects is a big plus)
- Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality or storytelling
- Great taste in music, pacing, and visual aesthetics
- Organized, proactive, and flexible under pressure
- Bonus: Experience with color grading, AI tools, or experimental formats
