Job Description
Video Editor for Measure Marketing creating compelling video content for various B2B clients. Collaborating with teams to adapt and refine video strategies according to client needs and marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce engaging video content for multiple client brands across platforms including social media, YouTube, websites, and digital campaigns
- Create and edit short-form content (Reels, Shorts) as well as long-form videos and YouTube content aligned with each client’s marketing strategy
- Adapt editing styles to match different brand voices, visual identities, and audience expectations
- Optimize video formats, pacing, captions, transitions, and structure for platform-specific performance and audience engagement
- Manage multiple client video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high production quality
- Incorporate internal team and client feedback efficiently to refine and finalize video deliverables
- Maintain organized video asset libraries, project files, and templates to streamline workflows across multiple accounts
- Contribute to the planning, development, and execution of strategic content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Craft and edit compelling, brand-aligned visual storytelling that supports broader marketing and SEO objectives
- Collaborate with strategists, designers, and content marketers to develop video concepts, scripts, storyboards, and campaign content
- Ensure content supports inbound marketing campaigns and cross-channel brand consistency
- Produce visually engaging digital content including branded videos, motion graphics, reels, and social media assets
- Apply client brand guidelines consistently while innovating with new formats and creative approaches
- Leverage motion graphics, animations, and visual storytelling techniques to increase engagement and content performance
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, editing techniques, and platform algorithm changes to keep client content competitive
- Assist in managing publishing workflows and asset delivery across content management or scheduling platforms
- Continuously refine editing workflows and templates to increase production efficiency and scalability across accounts
- Monitor video and content performance metrics such as engagement, reach, retention, and conversions
- Support the development of content insights and recommendations based on analytics
- Use performance data to test, refine, and scale high-performing video formats and storytelling approaches
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional video editing experience, ideally within a marketing agency, media company, or content production environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience using AI-powered editing tools and automation workflows to improve efficiency and scale content production
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, motion design, and visual engagement techniques
- Ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with internal teams and clients
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail, visual consistency, and brand alignment
