Job Description
Vice President responsible for leading Microsoft Digital Platform at ENFRA. Overseeing Teams, Copilot, and Power Platform execution within the digital strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the enterprise roadmap for Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, and Power Platform
- Define the future state architecture for Modern Work and Automation platforms
- Act as the primary architectural authority for Modern Work solutions
- Lead Copilot implementation, licensing strategy, governance, and adoption
- Own Power Platform strategy, governance, and operating model
- Lead and develop a small team of architects or engineers
- Serve as ENFRA’s primary owner of the Microsoft relationship
- Drive employee experience improvements through coherent platform design
Requirements:
- 10+ years of overall experience
- 7+ years leading modern workplace, automation, or platform architecture at scale
- 5+ years of people leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent direct work experience
- Deep hands-on experience architecting and operating Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and related services
- Demonstrated experience implementing and governing Microsoft Copilot in production environments
- Proven ability to translate future-state platform vision into executable architecture and delivery
- Strong vendor management and roadmap influence experience with Microsoft and ISV partners
